Solana Vista Apartments has recently transitioned ownership and is under new management as well. As part of the transition, major improvements are being made throughout the community. We are replacing and adding to the existing landscaping throughout the community, upgrading the interiors of the apartments, renovating the tennis courts and installing a "bark park"
